or on site at the venue, rest assured that the very strictest
hygiene and refrigeration standards will be applied at every stage
of the process.
All staff, including the waiting team, hold industry hygiene
certificates and adhere to the nationally recognised 'Assured
Safe Catering' policy to keep food free from contamination throughout
its supply, preparation, cooking, storage, transport and service.
The Director, who is responsible for overseeing our company
hygiene policy holds the industry certificate at the Advanced
Level.
