This timeless and visually striking method of cooking provides excellent roasts. Cooking a roast on a spit is performed in the open air, in a dry atmosphere, which leaves the joint with all its unique flavour, producing generous helpings of tender, flavoursome meat.
Our spit roasts are charcoal fired, which may take a little longer than gas fired spits, but the results are spectacular and well worth the wait!
Our most popular roast is a whole pig, which would normally feed a minimum of 100 guests, but with the use of additional machines, we can roast up to six pigs at a time catering for up to 1000 guests. Other meats available include lamb, turkey, chicken and rib of beef. |
